Great customer service from staff brilliant location wonder ful and best selling food and drinks

Excellent even reported which dishes contained peppers for a friend that is allergic to it

We really appreciate them cooking the off lunch menu, grilled pork belly with kimchi, which we really came for as a treat to my sister leaving NZ the next day.

This was our first visit to Pocha but we had a great time! Staff was friendly and nice!

The staff was super helpful as we booked for 6 people but there we actually about 9 of us. So the staff gave us a bigger table as soon as it's available. They were very quick and accommodating.

It was dark, we had to use our phones for lighting when eating. And the price I think was over price for the portion.

The food was really good! I got the almond crunch and sweet & spicy chicken and both were so delicious! I also got the rice cake skewers which were also really good. Everything had great flavours, the food didn't take long to come out either and the staff were friendly.

Food was incredibly overpriced for the portion size and quality, which was very disappointing. Also, service was hectic, we didn’t get our water till the end of our dinner. We really used to enjoy Pocha a few years ago but now, it’s overpriced and small portions.

Food was great, loved the army soup and pork belly dishes as so did my partner. Very flavorful with everything they make. Overall experience was great and was the highlight of our trip in terms of where we went to eat.

Bustling place late at into the evening. Fried chicken was delicious, especially the volcano flavour. Fried cheese balls were okay. Easy to order via phone QR code. Speed of service pretty good.
