We have been there a few times and every time the experience is always good, good staff

Loved everything ❤ Would only love to have more selection for dessert. Maybe jelly, ice cream toppings or chocolate mouse.

Staff not very friendly but it was good other than that

My first and last, the staff don’t understand simple English questions. The food wasn’t that great, the plates were so little majority of the time we have to keep walking back and forth to get little portions of meat to cook, for $45 at least have decent meat selection and bigger plates. I hated the whole experience.

Friendly staff, alot of option for foods to choose from, facilities is tidy and clean. We will be back as my kids love the food

My son was very sick for 5 days after food poisoning in this restaurant.

The setting was nice.It was clean and tidy.The service was great and the food variety and choices were excellent.We will definitely be returning to this place.

Hot food was so good! The raw meat section is always good so much to choose from and goes really well with the veggies next to it. We had an amazing experience yet again. One of my favourite spots to have dinner, keep it up and thanks once again.

Lots of parking and very clean..Spacious with a good vibe.. Service was fantastic they changed the grill paper often and cleared the table fast..Need more dessert options but the fruit was yummy and the ice cream was amazing..Definitely going back..

The lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating. We had 1x extra person and the staff were fine with this. Very friendly staff, good quality food and they food were restocked.

First time we tried the meat was quality, we loved it so much we came back the second time and everything was excellent. We came back recently and we felt that the meat wasn’t so good this time same goes with the hot food, dessert is always good! And the rice drink is always refreshing.

Food is okay but no dessert only ice cream.😒 we pay expensive but no dessert

I booked my Mother’s Day dinner 3weeks prior. I had called up twice and double checked, and had been told yes my booking is confirmed. I booked for 22 people, so I needed a room. I asked and again had been told yes sure you can book the room. We had arrived 10mins early to our booking just to be told 20mins later( after standing in the long line) my booking was not noted in their books. Bear in mind we had already drove an hour to get there being we came from karaka! So, no booking, no space, and no explanation, just a sorry. We were offered a discount if we came back another time, I refused because we already had arrived, we had children with us, also elderly, it was cold and a long drive back home not to mention hungry and there was nothing else open to our large group at last minute! By this time it was 6pm my dinner was supposed to start at 5:30pm. Instead they offered us tables in the next seating at 7:30pm, no room, just different seats near the food, which left us waiting outside in the cold with new borns, toddles, my grandmother and the rest of our group for the next hour and a half to eat after being told to come back at 7:30pm knowing I just told them we’re not familiar with the area, we came from karaka still they insist to wait outside. Time to eat, they were slow with refilling the buffet so we didn’t have much to eat either. We will not be returning. Terrible experience!

The food was okay but we have to wait like 15 minutes in the cold because there was a massive queue.

Our family fave place to dine, top notch service, food quality is amazing. My absolute fave is the raw spicy marinated crab with rice.

Fantasy Korean BBQ is a clean, no fuss, very comfortable place to dine in with your family. They have air-con which makes it less stressful especially when it gets hot, the staff there are very accommodating to your needs.
