Staff very helpful and willing to assist with meat cooking.

Was a good atmosphere, great fresh food, soup delicious. We waited a little to have our order taken but after that was quicker on everything else.

Food was quick to come out, hot, fresh and tasty. Servers were helpful and not overbearing. Space was quaint and not too busy or crowded, but we went near closing hours. Table was bit small for all the food and sides it came with so it was rather cramped, but we made it work. May come again, but not in any particular rush to.

Best Korean meal I have ever had outside of Korea. Service was amazing and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to visit again next time we are in Auckland. Highly recommend the ice plum tea! Delicious

Food is good. Price is slightly on the high side. Lettuce would be nice to come with the meat you order instead of ordering it.

Good food and good value. Strategically located. Try the charcoal grill which is not to be missed

I thought the food was overpriced as the meat was not very tender and was expensive. Our waiters were all very lovely though and we really liked the ambiance and the sunk-in tables!

Made a reservation using Quandoo, and we're placed in a semi-private room (a plus for me). They had a wide range on the menu items and are reasonably priced.

Dishes were too sweet. Bbq at Newmarket was a much better experience.

A nice and cosy Korean BBQ place. The staffs were friendly and helpful and even helped grilling the meat but price is a little high

Always a delicious meal at Faro. Staff are friendly, banchan is decent and great pajeori! We only wish you could finish the meal with fried rice in the BBQ plate 🤤

This restaurant is always great. We have just come back from Seoul and couldn’t find a Korean BBQ that was as good as this. A lovely young woman helped cook our meal and we had a great conversation with her although we would have happily cooked ourselves it was a pleasant change. Definitely go there.

The waitress was very helpful. Good food. Maybe a little pricey but then so is everything in Auckland these days.
