The food was great, but the wait was a little long. The atmosphere and aesthetics were nice but our waiter (also the owner) was terrible. He did not greet us, did not bring us water, did not say hello or any of the pleasantries you would expect such as 'welcome' 'enjoy your meal' 'how is everything?' 'are you local?' 'is there anything I can help you with or recommend?' not smile, no conversation, just the most dismal service i have ever experienced and actually bordered on plain rudeness to paying customers who help keep your doors open and rent paid.
