Special birthday dinner and we loved our meals; my husband gave 8/10 for his charcoal grilled scotch fillet and same from me for my delicious Grilled Eggplant & Halloumi. The service was excellent- warm & friendly & very attentive. We will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, with an inviting and warm ambiance. The staff greeted us with genuine hospitality, providing excellent service throughout the meal. We started with the prawn appetizer, and it was simply outstanding. The prawns were perfectly grilled, tender, and seasoned to perfection, with subtle hints of Lebanese spices. The fresh vegetables that accompanied them added a delightful crunch, creating a well-balanced dish. For the mains, we savored both the chicken and fish dishes. The chicken was moist, tender, and infused with rich, smoky flavors from the grill, while the fish was delicately cooked to a flaky perfection. What truly elevated the experience were the accompanying vegetables, all roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, and the exceptional mango seasoning. The mango added a sweet and tangy twist that tied all the flavors together, making each bite more enjoyable than the last. To complement the meal, I indulged in their beautifully crafted mocktails. The drinks were refreshing, vibrant, and balanced, offering a perfect non-alcoholic option for those seeking something light and flavorful. Charcoal Eatery exceeded all expectations. The authentic Lebanese flavors, paired with top-notch service and a welcoming ambiance, make it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a unique dining experience. Calamari not good at all. Steak taste nice but thin piece Garlic bread more like naan. Won't rush back

First time. We liked the food. The music was good choice and just the right volume. We had a nice table on the beach side. Overall a good experience. We liked the menu, not too many choices, but enough to choose from. The service was a bit too quick, but efficient.

Heard many good things about Someplace Else, so finally got to try for ourselves. We were not disappointed!! The front of house staff were exceptional and delivered service with a smile and a bit of banter. The food was delicious and the overall ambience and feel for the room was welcoming. Definitely be going back "Sometime Soon"!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Lucky enough to sit by the open window with beautiful view across to the water. Good value food. Tasty, good amount and nicely presented. Nothing flash but felt like you get your moneys worth which doesn't feel like that at most restaurants these days.

This was our first visit to Someplace Else Charcoal Eater. The food was delicious. The owner and wait staff were very friendly and professional. I had the market fish which was fresh caught locally. Excellent! Would highly recommend this place!!

We went on Valentines night. There was a singer laid on to serenade the guests with quiet romantic music. Food and service was great. The maitre d' was excellent. All in all a great evening. I would recommend people to try it out.

Good atmosphere, great service, food came out quickly. Food very average, my steak was tough, thin and fatty, not what you'd expect with a scotch fillet or a restaurant that specialises in charred grilling.

My husband and I ate here on Wednesday 18th Sept. I had the Moroccan Lamb chops and my husband had the Charcoal Chicken. Both meals were delicious and full of flavour. The service was excellent. A very enjoyable dining experience.

Good food, a bit disappointed with the drink, some drinks should be home made and not poured from the bottle.

What an outstanding restaurant! From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed by a warm funny man who made us feel at home. We went here today with family to celebrate my wife's 60th Birthday as we had heard great things about Someplace Else, happily we weren't disappointed 🥳 Everything about this place from the fabulously friendly greeting, the very good service and the amazing food was awesome. We will certainly be back. The scrumptious brownie given to my wife at the end of the meal, complimentary, was a very nice touch. Nice and warm and a great portion size and reasonable price

excellent night out thank you. lamb and charcoal fish were the mains which were a good size portion.
